Smart Professional College

Smart Professional College (SPC) was incorporated in 2018 as an upgrade of Smart Institute of Technologies (SITE) and was accredited by the National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority (NAQAA). SPC is headquartered in Kanifing Municipality of the Republic of The Gambia. The College is established with the aim of bridging the professional and technical education skills gap between the employment industry and the African youths. We maintain a platform that helps us provide customized solutions that align with global education and skills development needs for the youth. We provide absolute educational skills for both job seekers and job creators across several fields of study.

The College comprises of Eleven highly equipped classrooms with a capacity of 220 students at any given time. Each of these classrooms can accommodate up to 3 shifts in a day, and 2 sessions a week – translating to a total occupancy of 1320 students. The classrooms are highly ventilated and have enough lightning systems among other comforting apparatus. Please come and see for yourself.

The College is managed by highly trained and committed professional staff. Whose focus is to maintain nationally and globally accredited lecturers and managers with high expertise and with a staggering wealth of experience in their chosen programs.

Audience Overview

SPC is currently operating and serving progressive clients within the geographical boundaries of the Gambia. We have plans to go regional very soon. Typically, we provide Technical and Professional Education Services to clients requiring knowledge in various fields of study such as ICT, Business, and Life skills. We have programs for students as young as four years old, to as high as infinity - emanating from our communities, local businesses, government departments, parastatals, schools, NGOs, among others.

SPC has young, dynamic, motivated and dedicated full-time and part-time staff. They are experts with the combined experience of over 40 years in the Technical and Technology Education sectors in The Gambia and overseas.

Our lecturers and admin staff have world-class knowledge and academic awards in Bachelors, Masters and other Professional certifications.

Program Recognition

All our programs and courses are recognized globally - as we maintain authorised agency relationship with learning management companies such as Certiport Pearson VUE, ABMA Education UK, and CompTIA, to name a few. Negotiations are currently at an advance stage with the partnership of CISCO Networking and Microsoft Imagine Academies.
